We are Legionnaires that love to ride! We go on fun rides to many places in Arizona. Many of us are also Patriot Guard Riders who are honored to stand flag lines at funerals and to escort the fallen. If you love to ride, come and check us out on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at the United Methodist Church at 5:00 p.m.
Two notes:
(1) After this coming Sunday / Monday, it looks like we might be done with the variable weather pattern that cancelled our previously planned ride, and
(2) Depending on exact location, today through April 7th is Arizona Bike Week which means busy times for several of the locations and routes we'd normally visit. I'd urge you to get out and ride but we won't head south as a group to join the crowds during those days. With more comfortable weather ahead, I'm planning a ride south to Wickenburg's Sundance Pizza and Tastee Ice Cream for Friday, April 12th.
Meet at 10:45 for KSU 11:00 from behind the Big Lots in the Gail Gardner Walmart shopping center for a ride of about 66 miles. We can check out the new roundabouts along Rt 93 enroute to the restaurant. Please RSVP to this email or to the reminder which will be a few days before the ride.
